Hi can you tell me if you are allowed to post this on the internet? as I was told I was'nt allowed to have a web page or sell on ebay.

As this website isn't a commercial site and therefore comes under "Individual Home Page" in the Consultant Code of Practice, it reads that you are allowed to advertise yourself as an Independant Consultant. It does infer that you cannot have an online store and states clearly you can't sell on Ebay, but neither of those are true here.
Whilst it is not 100% clear, it seems Nutrimetics main aim is to ensure no-one pretends to be Nutrimetics, and as long as you link back to their site it should be no problem as long as you don't use trademarked information, or list products & pricing etc.
